I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were nice and spacious, I particularly loved the 'cocoon' chair and the rain shower looking out to the yard, but the size was a bit small at around 12ft by 12ft. Initially, the modern style seemed stylish and clever, but after two nights, it felt a little cramped and irritating at times. The service was always helpful and polite, with quick assistance within 20 minutes and a very accommodating attitude. The location was excellent for our needs, a 15-minute walk to Marienplatz, with convenient access to two nearby metro stations and a quiet environment despite being close to key areas. As for the dining experience, it was fairly complete and well-stocked, although I didn't get to indulge. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
